At Ms. EVA'S SENIOR CONCIERGE SERVICES, we offer a wide range of non-medical home healthcare services to help seniors maintain their independence and quality of life. Our experienced caregivers provide personal assistance with daily activities, transportation, companionship, and more - all tailored to each client's unique needs.
From our office in Oswego, IL we serve clients throughout the Chicagoland area, Including Cook County, DuPage County, Will County, Kane County, Kendall County, LaSalle County, including the communities of Elgin, St. Charles, Geneva, Batavia, Elburn, Yorkville, Oswego, Bristol, Big Rock, Wasco, Maple Park, Montgomery, Plano, Sycamore, DeKalb, Sugar Grove, Aurora, Naperville, Warrenville, Morris, Ottawa, and Joliet.
Personal
· Bathing, grooming, and dressing

- Federal and State governments oversee home health care to be sure that we furnish quality home care services and that you, in particular, get quality home health care services.
- We need to ask you questions because we are lawfully required to collect health information to ensure you get quality health care services.
- We make your information anonymous. That way, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the federal agency that oversees this home health agency, cannot know that the information is about you.

Sexual Harassment Policy
Illinois law requires all parties to a public contract and all eligible bidders to have a written sexual harassment policy covering their employees and applicants for employment. This requirement applies regardless of the number of people employed or the dollar value of any public contract. According to Section 2-105(A) (4) of the Illinois Human Rights Act, each sexual harassment policy must contain the following elements:
1. A statement that sexual harassment is illegal.
2. The definition of sexual harassment under the Illinois Human Rights Act.
3. A description of the acts that constitute sexual harassment, with examples.
4. The employer's internal complaint procedure, including penalties.
5. The legal recourse, investigative, and complaint process is available through the Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) and the Illinois Human Rights Commission (IHRC).
6. Information as to how a person can contact IDHR and IHRC.
7. Information regarding the protection against retaliation under Section 6-101 of the Illinois Human Rights Act.
